1. Pricing & Editing Policy

NO revisions, only one edit delivered with your logo/dj name.

Any further revisions or modifications beyond the initial scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

2. Usage & Copyright Notice

TMC Media Pty Ltd retains the right to use the recorded footage on its YouTube channel and other promotional platforms, with branding of its choice.

The footage license is shared between the client and TMC Media Pty Ltd.

TMC Media Pty Ltd does not clear copyright for any music recorded during the event. The client assumes full responsibility for any copyright-related matters concerning the recorded audio.

TMC Media Pty Ltd is not liable for any copyright claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from the use of recorded content.

3. Media Storage Policy

Once a video has been delivered, clients have 30 days to download and securely store their media. After this period, the footage may be permanently deleted from our servers.
